I decided to make my Grandpa a scarf for Christmas and settled on the Irish Hiking Scarf from Hello Yarn. After knitting in to it for awhile I realized it was too wide for a SC winter. I re-vamped it to fit what I wanted as well as I hated the garter stitch edge. I decided to post the alterations. Pic will come soon. Original pattern can be found Here.
